When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen.
Please call/text us at (647) 328-5324 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations.
To cancel a Monday appointment, please contact us by 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
Without the required notification, you will be charged for the full amount of your session.
Paid Packages: Without the required notification, you will be charged for the full amount of your session.
Individual Session Cancellation Fee: For cancellation fees collected prior to single sessions, failure to give the required notice forfeits your deposit.
Cancellation Fees collected prior to appointments made online will go towards your session/package if there is no cancellation.
If you have recently received a Covid vaccine, we kindly ask that you wait two weeks prior to coming in for your appointment.
